Malcolm Lindsay

An established classical composer and musician, Malcolm has written the music for a wide variety of cinema releases, tv programmes and radio projects.  His film scores include 16 Years Of Alcohol, Blinded, and Young Adam, for which Malcolm collaborated with David Byrne.  His most recent score was for Exodus, broadcast by Channel 4, November 2007.

Malcolm’s TV credits include: Sherlock Holmes, a dramatised biopic of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle; Michael Palin's The Mystery of Hammershoi; the prime time documentary Submarine Rescue and Mountain, a five part series presented by Griff Rhys Jones (all BBC) and Mysterious Creatures, starring Timothy Spall and Brenda Blethyn, for ITV.

In 2006, Malcolm completed work on a 12 part radio series written by the Poet Laureate, Andrew Motion, for BBC Radio 4.  His collaborative work includes performance projects with visual artists, choreographers, theatre groups and writers.
