Cora Miron is a London-based Film and TV composer. She enjoys working across multiple genres and combining traditional and modern approaches.
Cora’s latest score is for The Marlow Murder Club, a 2-part mystery comedy-drama for UKTV and PBS, starring Samantha Bond, which premiered in March 2024. Previously, Cora scored Mrs Sidhu Investigates, a 4-part mystery comedy-drama for Acorn, starring Meera Syal and Craig Parkinson, which premiered on Acorn TV in September 2023.
Her score for the dark comedy-drama Lonely Laura and her Sister Niamh was nominated for Best Composing at Underwire Film Festival 2019. The animated musical Meow or Never was shortlisted for the 2020 GSA BAFTA Student Film Awards, awarded Best Short Film at Women in Animation Class of 2020 and the Next Generation Award at Digicon 6 Asia.
Cora has also Music Edited and written Additional Music on the Apple TV+ series Bad Sisters; Shining Vale starring Courteney Cox and Greg Kinnear; and the drama series Becoming Elizabeth for Starz.
Before focusing on film scoring, Cora trained as a concert pianist. She holds a BA and an MA in Composition from the Gheorghe Dima Music Academy and an MA in Film Composition from the National Film & Television School.
